Our Process for Commercial Customers

TDD will assist in the procurement of property for your project (if needed), to setting an appropriate budget. 

Use our architects or your own to fine tune your space and determine what will fit into your budget. Utility location and foundational changes will likely be made in this step. 

Detailed plans and elevations will be finalized and mechanical, structural or civil engineers will be brought in for their specialized work. 

Plans will be submitted for approval through the city, once approved, materials will be ordered to begin your project. Building timelines will also be established. 

Demolition, excavation and erection of your commercial building will take place over the next months. You will be included every step of the way as our team completes your project. 

Final punch lists will be made and completed as well as any walk throughs needed to ensure you are completely satisfied with your project. Our reputation is everything and we will do everything in our power to complete your project on time and under budget.
